I once got stuck in a gas line and didn’t realize it…it was foggy and I couldn’t understand why traffic was so slow! Ha!
Good one! There were even reports (true or not, who knows) of people running out of gas in line and having to be pushed to the pumps.
Yes, there actually ARE still roller rinks. And probably couples skate as well. My kids went to many birthday parties at roller rinks. I think most skaters wear roller blades now rather than the skates of our era.
